Frustrated that your "team" isn't working together? Having trouble getting people engaged?
Teamwork takes focus - it is critical to have a common purpose, understand different styles, and establish communication and behavior commitments to create a great team. In her presentation, Mary Tomlinson will provide insights into HIGHLY EFFECTIVE TEAMS, sharing research and keys in communicating with the team. The presentation will include opportunities for the group to engage and participate as well as a question and answer segment.
Join SMPS Research Triangle on March 13 to hear Mary's presentation, Building a Highly Effective Team. SMPS is hosting the event at the American Institute of Architects? headquarters in downtown Raleigh (14 East Peace Street) from 4-6 pm. The event is open to other Triangle area professional organizations. Non-SMPS-members are invited to join us at our member rate, $45.
The registration fee covers light appetizers and two beverages, a great presentation from Mary, and plenty of time to network!
Parking is available behind the AIA Headquarters and across Peace Street near the Oak and Dagger Public House and 18 Seaboard.
