    ACEC/NC NCDOT Transportation Conference Postponed
    PLEASE READ!

The ACEC/NC NCDOT Transportation Conference is the largest transportation event in our state and provides attendees the opportunity to network with other industry professionals. This annual conference is most beneficial to our attendees when all the educational opportunities, speakers, and content are offered in person.

We have heard concerns from NCDOT and ACEC/NC Member Firms regarding the safety of hosting the conference in person this October and want to make the best decision for all conference attendees. Due to those expressed concerns we have decided to postpone this event until December 13-14, 2021.

    Important Info:
    • All Sponsorships, Booths, and conference attendee registrations will be honored from the original date.
    • If you cannot attend on Tuesday, December 14th and would like to send a sub, please contact Jessica Hartong. Deadline for refunds is November 12th.
    • Updated exhibitor information will be emailed prior to the event.
    • If you have a reservation at the Sheraton Hotel inside of the ACEC/NC room block, you do not need to cancel the room, each room reservation and deposit will be moved to the December dates.  If you did not book inside the ACEC/NC block (or are not sure) please contact the hotel directly to verify your reservation is changed. 919-256-1422
