What do you need to know?
- The conference will not be accessible through the ACEC/NC website. All registered attendees will receive an invitation* to the Online Event Platform (Crowd Compass). From there, you can access all sessions and event information. If you do not receive an email invitation please be sure to check your junk email folder.
- How do I view the conference? Using the navigation menu in the Online Event Platform, click on "All Sessions" to view the schedule. Then scroll down to see the available sessions, and click 'Watch Now'. This redirects you to Zoom. Enter in your email address and name and click 'join'. You will have to come back to this website after the session is over and repeat these steps for a different meeting.
- Do I need a Zoom Meeting ID? : You do not need a separate Zoom meeting log in or ID or Meeting #. Please follow the steps above.
- PDH Credits: When entering any session you will be prompted to input your email address for security purposes. We will track the sessions you attend and you will receive your PDH certificates within 2 weeks of the event.
- Computer (laptop, desktop, or tablet is recommended). The Crowd Compass event platform can be viewed as a mobile app, but downloading the online version is recommended for this year's conference.
- Web Browser: The most recent version of Google Chrome is recommended, but almost all browsers are supported.
- Ask questions or chat using the chat feature during each session
- 1:1 messaging using the online platform
- Tap on someone's name to request their digital business card (they'll receive yours too!)
- Make contacts throughout the conference and export your contacts directly from the event website
