Pre-Construction Workshop with NCDOT
Description
This event is by invitation only. ACEC/NC will contact invited firms as determined by the NCDOT.
The purpose of the Workshop is to focus on Preconstruction processes in delivering projects and develop a unified vision of consistency and speed in the delivery of projects.
NCDOT leadership along with Project Managers/Coordinators/Technical Leads (Divisions and Central) will be in attendance, and open dialogue will be encouraged.
Due to space constraints, each invited firm will have limited attendees.
