    Job Description
    Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position open for a utility coordination engineer to work with our transportation team. This position could be based in our Raleigh or Charlotte, North Carolina office. Responsibilities include interpreting plans, preparing utility relocation plans, preparing utility reports, and coordination with Utility Owners concerning prior rights, relocation plans, cost estimates and relocation schedules. Some travel will be required.
     
    The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering or related field AND at least four years of relevant work experience.
     
    The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: performing utility coordination on projects for SCDOT and/or NCDOT; MicroStation software. The ideal candidate will also have their EIT certification.
