Purpose Statement

To provide a platform where small engineering firms can connect, educate, and empower small engineering firms across North Carolina by providing resources, shared learning opportunities, and a collective voice to address challenges and opportunities unique to small businesses.

Enable a community where firms can openly share knowledge resources Host regular forums, round-table discussions, and networking events Encourage partnerships among larger firms	Provide training tailored to the needs of small firms Offer resources on business management and risk management Support mentorship opportunities between established firms and emerging leaders	Serve as a unified voice for small firms in discussions with state agencies Advocate for fair policies & unique procurement opportunities for small firms Ensure small firm perspectives are considered
