Andrew S. Pitts

Andy Pitts is currently serving as a project manager in Ardurra’s Water and Wastewater Group and has extensive knowledge in the planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure. Andy has a wide-ranging experience in the preparation of plans and specifications, delivering projects on schedule or early, USACE permitting, NCDEQ permitting, cost estimates, and reports for numerous project types and clients. His experience includes providing best-value engineering services, strong project leadership and team coordination internally and externally, project planning, water and wastewater hydraulic modeling, design of many miles of water and sewer force mains and gravity sewers, wastewater pump stations, large diameter sewer rehabilitation, large diameter sewer bypass pumping, large diameter jack and bore, horizontal directional drilling, easement acquisition, encroachments, and alternate project delivery.
