Professional Bio
My entire career has centered on transportation planning and the preparation of preliminary engineering and environmental documents compliant with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) in both public and private sectors. In addition to overall project management, I take a hands on approach with my projects and am actively involved with in alternative development and analysis along, document preparation and public involvement and outreach.
