Retired NCDOT Roadside Environmental Engineer back to work with Summit Design and Engineering Services, Inc. as a resource for Environmental Compliance and Stewardship. Specialize in Erosion and Sediment Control, 401/404 Permit Compliance, and NPDES requirements. Serve on State and National level Technical Committees associated with Erosion and Sediment Control. Certified as a UAS remote pilot and use that skill to offer observations and visualization of projects from a different vantage point.
