Lane Sauls

Lane serves as an Environmental Program Manager in Terracon’s Raleigh, North Carolina office. He has more than 30 years of experience in the AEC industry working with a variety of projects involving environmental compliance, sustainability, resiliency planning, program management, and regulatory coordination. He is currently responsible for working with a team of multi-disciplined individuals to navigate and successfully comply with due diligence requirements, serving as both Client and Project Manager on multiple large scale development projects for clients in land development, state and federal governments, and other private sector entities. He also assists in coordinating and developing new business opportunities, and working with clients to develop mitigation strategies on projects requiring Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and/or local buffer mitigation compliance.
