Nikki Honeycutt

I am a Regional Roadway Manager with 17 years of experience providing oversight for vehicle-, pedestrian-, and bicyclist-related projects throughout the Carolinas. I have managed feasibility studies, alternative and safety analyses, and functional, preliminary, and final designs for multimodal projects, intersection improvements, roadway widenings, and new roadways. I have successfully managed the simultaneous completion of multiple projects, including numerous North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and municipal efforts; and I am widely regarded as a detail-oriented professional with a talent for keeping projects on schedule and on or under budget while remaining consistently attentive to client needs. I was named a “Top Young Professional” in the Southeast Region by Engineering News-Record (ENR) in 2019.
