Shan Williams

Ms. Williams has 24 years of ROW Acquisition/Negotiation and Relocation experience with the public and private sector. While employed with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, Ms. Williams completed numerous Relocation claims, including Residential (owner and tenant), Business, Billboards/Signs and Miscellaneous moves. She also has supervisory experience that included new Agent training, handling of more complex acquisitions, hardship acquisitions and Public Meeting responsibilities. In addition to her role at AECOM, Ms. Williams is currently an embedded Right of Way Consultant at the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
