Purpose Statement
To provide a platform where small engineering firms can connect, educate, and empower small engineering firms across North Carolina by providing resources, shared learning opportunities, and a collective voice to address challenges and opportunities unique to small businesses.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES
  • Enable a community where firms can openly share knowledge resources
  • Host regular forums, round-table discussions, and networking events
  • Encourage partnerships among larger firms
  • Provide training tailored to the needs of small firms
  • Offer resources on business management and risk management
  • Support mentorship opportunities between established firms and emerging leaders
  • Serve as a unified voice for small firms in discussions with state agencies
  • Advocate for fair policies & unique procurement opportunities for small firms
  • Ensure small firm perspectives are considered
