Having a broad range of experience in the civil engineering industry where I have progressively transitioned over a 40 year career with a strong background in the subsurface utility engineering (SUE) and surveying & mapping disciplines. As a registered surveyor in Florida, North Carolina and Texas, I have successfully performed in operations management, business development, project management and production on wide variety of projects in markets such as municipal, highway transportation, rail, oil/gas and land development.
