Tom Whitmore is a senior consultant in FMI’s strategy practice. He is responsible for helping clients with strategic planning, business development and risk assessment.
Before joining FMI, Tom was a civil engineer in Washington, DC, focused on large multimillion-dollar projects with federal, state and private clients across the U.S. During this time, he managed, designed and led multi-disciplined teams through project life cycles.
