Joe Starr

Joe is a Vice President and Senior Principal with Terracon and currently serves as the North Carolina Regional Director of Operations. Terracon is a 100% employee-owned national consulting firm. In his role, he is responsible for strategic planning, high-quality execution, and safe profitable growth.

Over his 25+ year career, Joe has blended his technical skills as an Environmental Engineer with his innate ability to develop and lead cross-functional teams, to help drive mutual success for his clients, colleagues, and partners.
