Speaker: Giorgio Proestos, Associate Professor in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering at North Carolina State University
This presentation will provide an overview of recent research at North Carolina State University related to the design and assessment of reinforced concrete structures using the strut-and-tie method. The research will also highlight large-scale experimental testing of deep beams and findings from recent NCDOT bridge research projects.
