ACEC/NC’s lobbyist, David Ferrell, will provide an early preview to this year’s short session in advance of the November election cycle. The Legislative Committee will also discuss a new initiative from the Board – creating a network of legislative champions to undertake structured relationship-building approach within North Carolina’s General Assembly
