Sponsorship: Transportation Conference - 2026

Registration and sponsorship opportunities will open July 20th.  An announcement will be made in the ACEC/NC weekly e-mail. No registrations will be taken by e-mail or phone.

Sponsorships are available to ACEC/NC member firms only and must be purchased by 9/4/2026.

Here's what you need to do:

Step 1: Log into your NEW Member Compass at www.acecnc.org/member-compass

Step 2: Pay any outstanding balances directly from your profile (Billing and Primary contacts can pay directly)

*You cannot register for a sponsorship if your firm has an outstanding balance

Step 3: Primary Contacts – Make sure all your “People” are listed in your Company profile

*NEW POLICY: The Raleigh Convention Center does not permit traditional pipe and drape for vendor booths. Each sponsor level that includes an exhibitor space will include a 6ft table, 2 chairs, and an electric outlet shared every two spaces.  You may still bring exhibit setups/backdrops. There will be 2 feet on each side between the table and the stanchions separating vendor setups. Sample set up here.

No registrations will be taken by e-mail or phone. 

  • Sponsorship opportunities are available to ACEC/NC member firms in good standing.  Any firm with outstanding dues or balances will not be permitted to sponsor.
  • Booth assignments and exhibitor information packets will be emailed to the registration contact prior to the conference.
