Join us for the next Vertical Committee meeting
The Vertical Committee is pleased to announce that our speaker, Richie Tarby, of WithersRavenel, will present on the new 2026 ALTA/ACSM Survey Requirements. These requirements will not only affect our clients but our colleague engineering firms in how they review ALTA work. Also, we will get an update on how the National Spatial Reference System will replace NAD 83 and NAVD 88 and how it will affect land development.
The Vertical Committee will also have a discussion on the current state of retaining wall design, approval and construction in NC with particular emphasis on requirements for Global Stability Analysis as part of local jurisdictional approvals.
