Engineering Design and Construction Support Services, PLLC (dba EDACSS) was created July 1, 2025, to pursue opportunities specializing in designing and managing all aspects of public utilities recreation license commitments to provide hydroelectric power by providing water-based recreation amenities such as boat ramps, courtesy docks, swim beaches and fishing piers. EDACSS is licensed to provide engineering services in North Carolina. Professional services include site planning and design, engineering design and support, construction project management and permitting assistance.
