The Right of Way Group

The Right of Way Group brings extensive experience in Right of Way services, supporting a wide range of project delivery methods, including Design-Build, Express, Design-Build, and Division-designed projects. Collectively, our team has successfully managed negotiations, relocations, appraisals, and condemnation mediations on hundreds of projects across North Carolina. This breadth of experience equips our team with the knowledge, judgment, and adaptability necessary to make informed management decisions tailored to the unique needs of each project. The group is comprised of 21 highly experienced acquisition and relocation agents with diverse professional backgrounds.
