Professional Bio
Aaron is a traffic project manager who began his career in 2016. Prior to joining Bolton & Menk, he served as a traffic engineer for the City of Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT). While at CDOT, Aaron served as a signal timing engineer, overseeing a timing area of 160 traffic signals, as well as a traffic engineer for the land development section where he reviewed all traffic impact studies submitted to the city. With the land development section, he worked with developers, consultants, department leadership, and NCDOT to find solutions for complex traffic engineering obstacles in both suburban and urban locations. He reviewed traffic analysis in conjunction with NCDOT on private development traffic impact analyses (TIAs) in Charlotte. In addition to traffic impact studies, Aaron’s experience includes corridor studies, transportation demand management, intersection capacity analysis, traffic simulation, school traffic operations studies, and traffic safety and mobility studies.
