Professional Bio

Senior Transportation Planning Engineer with more than 29 years of experience in transportation planning, project management, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, including 8.5 years with the NCDOT. I've worked on a range of transportation projects, including major roadway improvements and widenings, railroad grade-separations, bridge replacements, and municipal multi-modal projects and I currently lead our NC NEPA Planning Group here at Three Oaks Engineering.
