Professional Bio
Dale is a successful and solutions-oriented Engineer/Survey Manager in the Transportation Industry with 10 years of experience in the private sector and over 30 years of experience with NCDOT where he retired as the L&S Unit Head. Dale has a distinguished knowledge and skillset in solving complex project management issues in route engineering and surveying. Survey experience includes application in geodetic survey theory; conventional survey baseline controls; GPS; SUE; LiDAR Scanning (both terrestrial and mobile); aerial photography; drone applications; MicroStation CADD; and AutoCAD /Civil 3D.
