Coordinator and Designer with 5+ years of experience. Technical expertise focuses on using CADD, MicroStation, ProjectWise, and ORD software in documenting conflicts with utilities, drafting and revising relocation designs from utility owners, and preparing UBO plans to meet any NCDOT utility engineer’s individualized needs. Coordination expertise includes all aspects of NCDOT projects from initial design to construction encompassing on-site meetings, coordinating with utility owners, assessing cost responsibilities, facilitating design, agreements, and permitting throughout life of project, preparing special provisions and construction schedules with utility owners prior to the availability of roadway contractors.
