Mr. Wenchell has over nine years of experience working closely with state agencies, municipal clients, and transit districts, focusing on National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) planning, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) transition planning, local and regional planning, multimodal planning, utility coordination, and regional transit operations. He is passionate about connecting people with their built and natural environments by encouraging prosperous and sustainable community development. Mr. Wenchell’s background in planning, design, and sustainability enables him to lead and execute ideas that directly benefit communities through a variety of planning projects.
