Professional Bio
30 years of service with NCDOT, over 20 of which was in Traffic Engineering. Retired from NCDOT in November 2022 after having served as a Regional Traffic Engineer for 5 years. Currently working with Mott MacDonald (a Global Engineering firm) and have been with them since January 2023. With Mott MacDonald I have continued my work in Traffic Engineering and Highway Safety, supporting the efforts of NCDOT in reviews of curves, Fatal crash investigations, HSIP reviews, crash analysis, etc. In addition, the large footprint of Mott MacDonald has enabled me to gain exposure in areas of engineering other than Traffic.
