Judy Heleine

I co-founded the firm CES Group Engineers, LLP in 2011, and currently have 35 years of experience in the A/E industry. I and my leadership staff have advanced the firm to 45 engineers, land surveyors and environmental scientists, having offices in Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC and Columbia, SC, providing civil engineering, land surveying, subsurface utility locating, utility coordination and environmental consulting services. I have a B.S. degree in environmental biology from the University of Illinois, with my specific technical experience being in the assessment, remediation and reporting of contaminated soil and groundwater sites. My is certified as a NC/SC DBE, NCHUB, WBE and Small Business, providing services to a wide array of public and private clients. I am the principal client contact for the firm, establishing the strategic plan for our continued growth and advancement throughout the Carolinas and beyond.
