Keith Skinner

Mr. Skinner is one of six Partner/Owners of RK&K and is responsible for oversight and executive leadership for multiple design offices throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. Directing these operations from RK&K’s Raleigh, North Carolina office, he has more than 35 years of experience (all with RK&K) in transportation engineering and planning. His experience includes many aspects of transportation design and procurement and project delivery methods. His extensive involvement in managing both traditional design-bid-build and alternative delivery projects as well as many on-call contracts for multiple clients (State and Local) provides RK&K with not only a thorough knowledge of procedures, policies, and practices, but valuable lessons learned and innovative design strategies. In addition to his design expertise and management skills, his knowledge of RK&K's quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures is instrumental to RK&K’s success.
