Founded in January 1994, THC is incorporated in Georgia as a Domestic Profit Corporation and has four project offices and 48 employees with annual revenue of more than $16 million. The firm is headquartered in Duluth, GA. Our clients include the State DOTs, numerous municipalities and counties, and commercial and general aviation airports. Parcels and easements have been acquired for highway improvements, airport runway extensions, floodplain buyouts, and bridge replacements.
