Lisa "Michelle" Podeszwa

After graduating from Clemson University, Michelle began her career as an Assistant District Engineer with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, where she gained invaluable experience as the foundation for her career in transportation engineering. She then transitioned to consulting, initially focusing on roadway design, and over the past 22 years, has expanded her expertise in providing services on a diverse range of transportation studies and projects across North Carolina. Michelle is currently the Transportation Design Practice Lead at McAdams driving innovation and excellence in transportation design.
