Tim Reid

Currently serves as Chief Delivery engineer for the firm and is located in the Raleigh, North Carolina, office. He assists offices in their day-to-day project production when needed and directs company resources to provide timely and accurate project completion. In addition, he routinely provides quality control/quality assurance, team coordination, and project oversight. A senior vice president and also a senior civil engineer with 40 years of project management, planning, evaluation, design, construction document preparation, and post-construction-award services experience acquired through a wide variety of civil engineering assignments. Project management experience includes team assembly, direction of personnel and subconsultants, client relations, proposal preparation, manpower estimates, project oversight, and other management duties. Civil engineering experience also includes planning, design, and construction document preparation for a variety of projects such as stormwater management facilities, drainage systems, military and industrial pavements, traffic staging/control, highways (all types), utilities (water, sewer, and fuel), and erosion control plans.
