Professional Bio

Wanda started her career with the North Carolina Department of Transportation in 1995. She served in several roles but most notably as the first female Division Engineer in Division 14 before retiring in 2025. Wanda is currently the Asheville Office Lead and Senior Project Manager for Stantec Consulting in Asheville NC.
