An all-day seminar presented by:
Georgia/Carolinas PCI in association with North Carolina DOT and ACEC / NC
Prestressed Concrete Bridge Design is a one-day technical seminar suitable for all levels of practicing bridge engineers: consulting engineers, DOT and other government oversight engineers, bridge contractors, plant engineers, professors and students studying structural engineering design. The seminar will cover basic concepts and technical theory of design, fabrication and shipping/handling of prestressed concrete bridge elements, including quality control and repairs in pretress plants and discussion of draping, debonding and recommended practice for lateral stability. Current PCI innovation and resources will be presented.
