Description
Due to the continued spike in COVID-19 cases and as North Carolina set another high in COVID-19 hospitalizations Monday, continuing a month-long increase, the Board of Directors of ACEC/NC has decided to cancel the in-person Member Holiday Receptions scheduled for Charlotte on December 10, 2020 and Raleigh on December 17, 2020. We regret the inconvenience this has caused many of you that were planning to attend one of these events, but the safety of our members and staff is always paramount in our decisions.
Calling all Charlotte Members!
Please join ACEC/NC for a Holiday Reception on December 10th. This is our way of saying "Thank You" for another great year of support from members like YOU!
This event will be limited to 50 guests and will be a time to safely network with other Charlotte-area members, and our ACEC/NC Board of Directors and staff.
We will also have some AMAZING raffle items that you won't want to miss!
For the safety of attendees and staff:
- The event will be held in an open-air venue
- Attendance will be limited
- High touch areas will be minimal and frequently sanitized
- Attendees will be encouraged to wear a mask when not seated, and maintain a safe distance
- Food will be prepared and served in accordance with applicable rules and regulations guiding this event
